Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Changes/Cancellations:
The office must be notified directly by phone, email or text at least 24 hours in advance of any and all scheduling changes or cancellations. Telling your crew is not sufficient. If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less that 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of the full regular cost of the cleaning.
Post-Construction Cleaning:
For cleaning to be performed, the contractors must have completed construction. If the cleaning crew arrives and the contractors are still working, the crew may not be able to clean. If this occurs, payment is still required for the full cost of the job. If they are able to work around the contractors, the cost may exceed the estimate. We are not responsible for any of our work that is undone by the contractors after we leave.
Lock Outs:
If the cleaning crew arrives and cannot gain access to your home on your scheduled appointment day, you will be charged the full regular cost of the cleaning.
Arrival Time:
The time that the office gives you for the cleaning crew to arrive is approximate. Arrival time may vary up to half an hour to 45 minutes due to traffic or other circumstances. If there will be a more significant change to the arrival time you will be notified.
Extra Tasks/Extra Time:
If there is any situation which may require additional time, for example, construction, painting, houseguests, etc., or if any extra tasks are to be included, for example, oven, refrigerator, basement attic, etc., please inform the office before your cleaning appointment. Extra cleaning tasks most likely will require additional time at additional cost.
Breakage:
Unfortunately, occasionally something gets broken or damaged. If you are home the crew will let you know immediately. If not, they will leave you a note explaining what happened. The office will contact you to arrange for repair or replacement.
Customer Feedback:
We encourage you to offer us any comments or suggestions. If there is anything you are not satisfied with contact us immediately or within 24 hours. We will do our best to correct any issues. We value your feedback and want you to be happy with our service.
